From the streets of India, made with heart
Nuvana brings the flavours we grew up with to the heart of Vapi — the crackle of a benne dosa on the griddle, the steam of a fresh thatte idli, the chatter of a Chandni Chowk chaat counter.
Everything is prepared fresh, pure veg, in small batches with quality ingredients and generous ghee. No shortcuts — just honest Indian street food, served with a smile in Khau Galli.
